1.1. The principles of data processing apply to Users of the Hansabuss AS website.
Data Controller and Processor
1.2. The data controller is Hansabuss AS, registry code 10230847, located at Paavli 6, Tallinn, 10412, Estonia
1.3. The data is voluntarily submitted.
1.4. Voluntarily submitted data includes the email address for sending job offers.
1.4.1. By giving separate consent for the transmission of data, the Client has granted permission for their contact details to be used for direct marketing purposes, i.e., marketing-related notices will be sent using the contact details provided by them.
1.5. Hansabuss AS may grant authorized processors the right to use the data. Authorized processors are cooperation partners whose data is forwarded in response to an inquiry sent to the email: helena@hansabuss.ee
1.6. Data is used by Hansabuss AS or an authorized processor:
1.6.1. o fulfill obligations arising from legislation (e.g., forwarding data to an investigative authority).

1.10. The Client has the right to request that Hansabuss AS stop using their data, and to request the correction, closure, and deletion of the data;
1.11. The Client has the right to consent to or prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing or other marketing purposes;
1.12. The Client has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and the courts to protect their rights.
